Emergency procedures – responding to incidents such as fires or evacuations
First aid training – usually Emergency First Aid at Work (often a prerequisite)
Law and regulations – understanding legal powers, responsibilities, and the limits of security staff
Searching and incident reporting-How to search a customer and their bags and write incident report

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently completed my CCTV Operator course with SecureX and had a great experience. The training was well organised, informative, and easy to understand. The instructor was professional, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer questions and provide guidance.

I really enjoyed the course and feel much more confident about working as a CCTV Operator. I would definitely recommend SecureX to anyone looking to start or develop their career in the security industry.

Thank you to the whole SecureX team for the excellent training and support!
