Home Study

Module 1 which is working in the private security Industry (WPSI) is part of the distance learning program. It is a mandatory requirement to study the WPSI module and complete the workbook. You must complete the workbook and ACT e-learning provide both blue and brown certificate  in order to complete  the Door Supervisor and CCTV qualification and Top-up qualification.In case of ACT e-learning if you face technical issues please contact the centre and also contact  https://www.protectuk.police.uk/form/support-request

Payment

If you have paid a deposit for your course, the remaining balance has to be paid in Cash or Bank Transfer on the day you start your course.

Timekeeping

SIA Door Supervisor or CCTV is a regulated course and the course timetable including all Breaks must be followed strictly. Any late arrival more than 10 minutes of the course start time will not be allowed in the course. All late arrivals must stay 10 minutes longer after the course finish time.

English Language Competency

You need to have a good command in English language equivalent to Functional Skills English Level 1 to take part in the SIA linked qualification.

You need to require taking part in the English language assessment in writing and Speaking Test for SIA linked qualification. Alternatively, you can provide a certificate that is equivalent to Functional Skills English Level 1. Certificates that are accepted: GCSE, UK graduation or postgraduate diploma certificate.

Results / Certificates

Usually Certificates are issued after 2 weeks from your exam date. We will inform you as soon as we receive your results or certificate.

Medical

All delegates are required to complete a medical questionnaire prior to commencing the course. All injuries, past and present, must be disclosed, including any medication currently prescribed and / or being taken. The coaching staff reserve the right to exclude from the course any individual whom the staffs has reason to believe may be unsuitable for training on the basis of health or physical ability.

Clothing

Please ensure that you bring and wear an adequate training kit for the full duration of the course including. Examples of inappropriate clothing would include any form of open-toed shoes/sandals, footwear with heels, skirts/dresses, shorts, low-cut tops, etc.

Personal Hygiene

Obviously, due to the nature of the training we will all be working in close proximity to and making physical contact with one another. Therefore, it is imperative that personal hygiene is of a decent standard. Nails are to be short and clean.

Jewelry (For Role Play or PI Training)

For personal safety reasons all jewelry must be removed prior to any training commencing.

Videoing

Videoing and the taking of pictures are not permitted without the express written permission of Securex Premium Services Ltd.

Personal belongings

All learners are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Notes

Please bring pen and papers for taking notes.

NO ID NO Exam

You must bring your Passport or UK driving Licence on the exam day.
Use of any kind of electronic device is strictly prohibited during the lesson.

Term and Conditions For Free Retake of Exam

Any inappropriate behaviour from a student in the class room that may cause disruption to our training program and the other learners training will not be acceptable, and you might be approached to leave the premises. In this circumstance, you will be suspended from the course until further investigation, and you will not be entitled to any refund.
